Nix Pawlowski

Drums

Nicholas "Nix" Pawlowski has been playing drums since August 31, 2010. His percussion experience includes drum set, mallet percussion, auxiliary percussion, and all marching percussion. He also plays piano and trumpet.

Nix works in repair and retail at Noteworthy in addition to teaching private drum lessons. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. He is currently the assistant director of the Knoch Marching Band and director of the Knoch Pep Band, and he has arranged music for both. He has also performed his own original compositions with the Penn Jazz big band, the Penn Jazz Combos, the Knoch Marching Band, and the Bloomers Band. His favorite styles of music include big band jazz, marching music, and musical theater.
