SARAH MILLER
Violin, Viola
Ms. Sarah Miller is a violinist and teacher in the Pittsburgh area. In 2016 Ms. Miller joined the Seneca Valley Orchestra department where she teaches students, grades 7-12. Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University, a Masters in Music from the University of Michigan.
In 2018, Miss Miller was recognized as the outstanding new orchestra director in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware by the American String Teachers Association. She prides herself in her desire to be a lifelong learner and hopes to exemplify this in her teaching.
As a violinist, Ms. Miller regularly performs with the Butler Symphony, and gigs in the Pittsburgh Area. In college, she studied violin with Charles, and Rachel Stegeman.
When not making music she enjoys biking, skiing, shopping, and spending time with friends and family!
